The editor of this site, Louise Fourie, lives in Brits, Northwest, South Africa, a small, intimate community about 45km away from the mighty Johannesburg.

She is a mother of two toddlers, and lover of parties, functions and any occasion that can serve as an excuse to dress up and have fun.

Although Halloween is not normally celebrated in South Africa, Louise makes it a point to have all sorts of parties where costumes can be worn, including organizing a Halloween Party for ignorant friends and family. Louise, who expertly combined her profession as an Internet Publisher with her passion for childrens’ parties and organizing functions to create unique Halloween costumes site, admits to occasionally dressing up in fancy dress or costumes and having fun with the children at home EVEN if there is no occasion.

Friend and family visiting during these non-occasions find her a little eccentric at times. However, the pleasure she gets from spending time with the children in their own fantasy land, creating memories that will last them all for a lifetime, more than make up for the curious expressions it invites.
